Hello everyone:

I am using a PC running the 64-bit version of Windows 7 Professionnal with Service Pack 1 installed.

KB4457144 (Important) and KB4462927 (Facultative) failed to install (it's not the 1st time I have updates failing, it became so annoying I had to disable automatic updates).
But lately i have some problems with my PC and I'd like to rule out any software/OS related problems so I'm trying to fix it.

I focused 1st on KB4457144 (Important) I read somewhere I had to hide KB4457144 so it shows me another missing update and it did :
It showed KB4343900 but I can't install this one either so I hid it.
It showed KB4338818 but I can't install this one either so I hid it.
It showed KB4284826 but I can't install this one either so I hid it.
It showed KB4103718 but I can't install this one either so I hid it.
It showed KB4093118 but I can't install this one either so I hid it.
It showed KB4034664 but I can't install this one either so I hid it.
It showed KB4025341 but I can't install this one either so I hid it.
It showed KB4022719 but I can't install this one either so I hid it.
It showed KB4019264 but I can't install this one either so I hid it.
It showed KB4015549 but I can't install this one either so I hid it.
And then it didnt showed me anymore update so I guess KB4015549 is the last (1st) one I can't install.

I didn't even tried the same method with KB4462927 (Facultative), 1st one already took me ~3 hours...

I feel like I tried everything I could find on the internet and I'm pulling my hair, I could use some help.

Here's what I tried as seen on topics here :

Run Windows Update Troubleshooter, which returns Windows Update error : WARNING: Failed to add and register service 7971f918-a847-4430-9279-4a52d1efe18d to the data store 0x80240031
Run SFC scan, which did not find any integrity violations
Tried to run SURT/DISM Scan but when I use : "Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth" it gives me an error 87
Run SFCFix (connection with the server authorized), which returned the following:
Code:

Hello and welcome!

FRST Registry Search
1. Click your Start button and choose Control Panel.
2. In the upper right corner ensure the View by: is set to Category.
3. Select the Programs group.
4. Click the Turn Windows features on or off link. This will bring up the Windows Features dialog. Wait until this dialog populates with information. If this does not happen for some reason, please continue with the steps anyway.
Note: This loads your components hive which is what we want. Please keep this dialog open while you perform the remaining steps.
5. Please download Farbar Recovery Scan Tool and save it to your Desktop.
Note: You need to run the 64-bit Version so please ensure you download that one.
6. Run FRST64 by Right-Clicking on the file and choosing Run as administrator.
7. Copy and paste
KB4012218 into the Search box and click the Search Registry button.
8. When the scan is complete a notepad window will open with the results. Please attach this to your next reply. It is saved on your desktop named SearchReg.txt.
9. You may close any remaining open windows now.

Step#1 - FRST Fix
NOTICE: This script was written specifically for this user, for use on that particular machine. Running this on another machine may cause damage to your operating system
1. Please download Farbar Recovery Scan Tool and save it to your Desktop.
Note: You need to run the 64-bit Version so please ensure you download that one.
2. Download attached file and save it to the Desktop.
3. Extract it.
Note. It's important that both files, FRST64 and fixlist.txt are in the same location or the fix will not work (in this case...the desktop).
4. Run FRST64 by Right-Clicking on the file and choosing Run as administrator.
5. Press the Fix button just once and wait. If for some reason the tool needs a restart, please make sure you let the system restart normally. After that let the tool complete its run.
6. When finished FRST64 will generate a log on the Desktop (Fixlog.txt). Please post the contents of it in your reply.
7. Try updates and if any fail, attach CBS.log.
