Computer: HP Pavilion with AMD Athlon 4-core.
OS: MS Windows 7 Pro
Security Software: MS Security Essentials and MS Security Client (both running), Advanced System Care (installed but no active.)

Problem: Sometimes, when I try to close or minimize the window of one program to switch to other program window, the system freezes and does not respond to mouse clicks and moves and to arrow keys. For example, when I try to close Firefox using the Close ('X') button on the title bar, it does not respond and all other icons on the desktop and task bar are not responsible. Ctrl-Alt-Del shows the screen with buttons to switch users and etc. Double click on Cancel or Task Manager or any other button returns the computer to working (responsive) state - for a while. This problem happens mostly when or after Firefox is invoked. What is interesting, the Firefox might be closed without problem if I use Close button in the menu (Rightmost button to open the Options and select Close button). It also (but not always) is closed in normal way, as all windows.
SFC scan found no problems in system files. HP program reports healthy hardware, MS sert scanner, malware detector, and Advanced System Care from IOBit found no problems.

Yes, it is v. 38.0.1. More to it, I have it uninstalled, cleared all register entries (with IOBit uninstaller), restart the PC and have it installed anew.
