[SOLVED] win 7 does not work correctly

after a a compele recovery from a extern harddisc my win 7 does not work perfect. it starts without problems, but some features do not work.


  • Winlive does not allow create a new email and email answering does not work , too.
  • the hard disc functions do not work. b.e. partionating is immpossible
  • the last 4 updates will not running.
  • update to win 10 failures

Yes, I have the upgrade Win 10 stored on a USB stick and tried several times to upgrade

even with my original Win7 CD does not work, the in-place repair.

the problem was probably caused by a power failure during operation.

I do not like to make New the whole system.
 
You cannot run a Repair Install of your current system? Are you receiving the same "An unknown error has occured" message, or is it another one? If it is, can you type it here?

I have found still a backup on my external hard drive. With this assurance I could restore WIN. 7
After that I was able to upgrade to WIN 10
Now everything runs again.
