win 7 can't install Microsoft security essentials, Windows updates fail, etc

I downloaded SFCFix from a thread with Sfc/scannow issues.
attached is txt file.
I have been having a vartiety of issues for awhile starting, at least as far back as a microsoft security update that blocked installing programs. Then malware added to the issue. I can't run scanners or Malware/antivirus as they crash before completing. Usually computer just stops responding....have to hard reset.
SFC/scannow says it can't repair some files.....same as SFCFix. Please help....on the road alot and don't have the timeor inclination to do a clean install. Tried a rebuild but that hung.

Have you removed all the malware from your machine? Your machine needs to be clean before we can fix any windows update/servicing issues that you may have. You can post a topic here to ensure you are malware free and then if so come back here if you still need assistance.
