When I start illumina control software, the software started to communicate with hiseq 2500 and get the blue screen. The error code is 124. Wondering which faulty driver is in play.
Thanks

I confess that I had no idea what the Illumina Hiseq2500 device even was, and even having found that it's some sort of gene sequencer(?) I'm still none the wiser really. The dumps are all reporting a fatal hardware error (WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR) - WHEA is the Windows Hardware Error Architecture. The device that the dumps report as failing is the PCIe root port. This information comes from the VEN and DEV hardware identifiers in the hardware error record in the dump...

The hardware identifiers of 8086:3C06 is the PCIe Root Hub. That might suggest that it's a PCIe device that is failing. Does the Hiseq2500 connect via a PCIe card? If so I'd suspect that card.

I can also see in your System log a whole bunch of error 36887 error messages with fatal ids of 70 and 40...

As far as I can determine, these are most likely TLS/SSL handshake errors. Is there some sort of TLS/SSL handshake with the Hiseq2500? If so, these errors might be a symptom of the PCIe card failure (assuming the Hiseq2500 connects via a PCIe card of course).

I don't know how many others on here will be familiar with that Hiseq2500 device, so perhaps a bit more details on how it connects both in hardware and software etc. would be useful?
