Hello, I have been having trouble with a computer at my office and need some help diagnosing it.

Initially I thought this was a hardware problem as the computer was running exceptionally slow and I could not seem to find any software-related cause.

I have replaced the hard drive with a new one and Dell has replaced the system board. The system is running faster now but still not as fast as I feel it should be. It has also experienced a BSOD.

I have run the built in Dell diagnostics and they do not detect any errors or problems.

· OS - Windows 8.1, 8, 7, Vista ? Win7
· x86 (32-bit) or x64 ? x64
· What was original installed OS on system? Win7 x64
· Is the OS an OEM version (came pre-installed on system) or full retail version (YOU purchased it from retailer)? volume license version
· Age of system (hardware) 6 months
· Age of OS installation - have you re-installed the OS? Reinstalled the OS earlier this week

· CPU
· Video Card Intel HD 4600
· MotherBoard - (if NOT a laptop)
· Power Supply - brand & wattage (if laptop, skip this one)

· System Manufacturer Dell
· Exact model number (if laptop, check label on bottom) Latitude E6440

· Laptop or Desktop? Laptop

IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (a)
An attempt was made to access a pageable (or completely invalid) address at an
interrupt request level (IRQL) that is too high. This is usually
caused by drivers using improper addresses.
If a kernel debugger is available get the stack backtrace.
Arguments:
Arg1: 0000000000000000, memory referenced
Arg2: 0000000000000002, IRQL
Arg3: 0000000000000000, bitfield :
 bit 0 : value 0 = read operation, 1 = write operation
bit 3 : value 0 = not an execute operation, 1 = execute operation (only on chips which support this level of status)
Arg4: fffff80002cdca65, address which referenced memory

IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (a)
An attempt was made to access a pageable (or completely invalid) address at an
interrupt request level (IRQL) that is too high. This is usually
caused by drivers using improper addresses.
If a kernel debugger is available get the stack backtrace.
Arguments:
Arg1: 0000000000000000, memory referenced
Arg2: 0000000000000002, IRQL
Arg3: 0000000000000000, bitfield :
 bit 0 : value 0 = read operation, 1 = write operation
bit 3 : value 0 = not an execute operation, 1 = execute operation (only on chips which support this level of status)
Arg4: fffff80002cdca65, address which referenced memory
