[SOLVED] Win 2019 keep prompting "Installation pending restart"

Hi,

Please help, I am unable to Add/ Remove roles & feature and do Windows update as it stating "Installation pending restart".

CBS and DISM log as per attached. Thank you in advance.

This issue was fixed by the steps given by Microsoft engineer Ce Yang. Incase anybody needs it, try following:
Please open registry editor, direct to path: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Component Based Servicing\SessionsPending\

Right click and Export as a backup first

Then delete the key

Restart the machine

Tried to install the patch again, installed successfully.
