I am using Windows 10 Pro, version 1803 (OS Build 17134.799)

In Settings under Version History, I see:
Feature update to Windows 10, version 1809
Failed to install on ‎11/‎13/‎2018 - 0x80070643

I do not know how to install subsequent feature updates. I followed instructions for creating a thread in this forum. Help appreciated.

Hi,

If you still need help on this please locate the following logs:
C:\Windows\Panther\Setupact.log
C:\Windows\panther\setuperr.log
C:\Windows\inf\setupapi.app.log
C:\Windows\inf\setupapi.dev.log

Some may not exist. Copy the files to the Desktop, zip them and attach the zip file to your post.

Thank you for your time.
There were no log files in C:\Windows\panther.
The other 2 are attached.

Hi,

Did you try to upgrade recently?

If not please visit this page Download Windows 10 and click the Update Now button and follow the instructions.

This will upgrade to Windows 10 May 2019 Update v1903.

Note: The upgrade process should keep your data, programs, etc. but sometimes things can go wrong so is always recommended to have good backups of your files.

Thank you. You can mark this thread as resolved.
The update installation was stuck at 0% 4. 30 minutes and I cycle power. No boot. The update broke the boot manager, andcould not undo. After a few hours trying rescue disk and win 10 installation media repair tools, I had the choice between restoring to my 1803 image or just burning the system down and starting with a clean 1903. Install. I chose the latter.
Thanks again for your time.

Bob

Hi Bob,

Sorry it didn't work for you. Sometimes the clean install is a better and faster option...

Thanks for reporting the result.
