WIN 10 errror 0x8000ffff updating Microsoft .NET Framework 4.8

Hi all,
i have a problem updating .NET Framework 4.8 using windows update; it finish with error 0x8000ffff.
I don't if it's correlated but i can upgrade from the current version (1803) to the last one available (1909); it finish with error 0x8007007e.
I tried to use stand alone installer but i receive i both cases the same errors and only for upgrade windows to 1909, in place installation. Also in this case i receive the same error.

I tried to run SFCFix and this is the output:

It seems there is a problem with DISM:

But i cant find any solution.

thank you for the quick answer.
i solved both the problems following this tutorial:
Windows 10 Upgrade fails with error 0x8007007e and Windows Updates fail with code 0x8

The problem was that drvstore.dll was missing; downloaded the files extracted and replaced all works fine.
