[SOLVED] Where do I get .cat/.mum files for expired KB?

KB4598243 is expired (January 12, 2021—KB4598243 (OS Build 14393.4169) - EXPIRED - Microsoft Support) therefore it's not available in Microsoft update catalog.
Is there a way to get it from some other place?
