Whenever I load google chrome all my desktop icons reloads several times!!!

So as you can see google chrome most used by me and sometimes others programs when I click on all my desktop icons start reloading several times!! Can any bary help me out please!!!

Well, I mean that whenever I click on any icon from my desktop all icons come and go several times until it is loaded up!! Thanks !!1 Can you help me out!!1 It is pretty hot in here!!!
