WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR when playing games

So I have been having WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR BSOD recently, mostly when I'm playing video games. I think it happened once or twice even when not playing games.

Tried latest graphics drivers, BIOS is also latest, not overclocking, also temperatures look fine. I have no idea what is causing it, maybe my CPU or GPU or PSU is dying?

BlueScreenView says ntorskrnl.exe and PSHED.dll have problems, with error code 0x124.

I have i7 4790k and GTX 980 TI, 2*8GB ram.
