That's because it doesn't show the size in gigabyte. But as Corday notes, it says 1TB (terabyte) which is 1,000GB.but I don't see one that indivcates the GB of this HDD.
I don't either - especially since companies move and change addresses. Those I mentioned above all have their webpages. And those can change too, most at least redirect to the correct place. For example, I have an Maxtor drive here that says www.maxtor.com on it. While Maxtor was acquired by Seagate over 15 years ago, that address still links to support.No idea what's the benefit of stating the address
Well, they don't have exclusive rights to odd rules.the EU sometimes have some odd rules.

This is interessting, I just looked at a new WD disk from June last year and it has the full UK address as well, but the UK has left the EU?Since I do see it on disk from 2015 and newer and this "European Regulatory", it seems obvious that it must be a EU legislation most likely.
No idea what's the benefit of stating the address, but the EU sometimes have some odd rules.
