Firstly the most important part of my problem; How It Happened:

I had a program that hides files (Wise folder hider) and I had forgot the password.. I wanted to uninstall it but I had to enter the password, and so I FORCE uninstalled it with Revo Uninstaller..
Apparently it depended on some features built into Windows or something and my Windows got seriously borked..

so basically every time i attempt to log in my account and enter my password, it tells me:
"The User Profile Service service failed the sign-in. User Profile cannot be loaded"

So naturally I enter recovery mode, and I kid you not, every option has failed!

- Safe mode fails to login
- Startup repair
- System restore
- reinstall windows but keep my files
- System refresh
- fixing using my windows USB drive

Now, there is a tutorial online to fix this error, but I know you can have this error from different kinds of damage, and I believe I have one of the more serious types, so im doubtful if it will fix my issue..
Fix User Profile Service Failed the Sign-in Error in Windows 10

What are the chances this could work?.. (the procedure is a bit too long and complex for me)..

All I need to do is get my files, and then I have no problem Re-installing Windows..

Should I takeout my drive and attach it to another PC?
Or are there any better options?

Are they encrypted with Wise Folder Hider or any other method? If not, copy them to an external drive and nuke the drive, then re-install Windows.

If you follow the instructions in your link, don't look at it as a whole, Start at 1 check it off and go to 2, etc.....

Thanks .. I think my best option to reach my files with windows being borked, is with a simple live linux usb? ... I think..
