First and foremost, thanks in advance for any help provided, I honestly am at my wits end with this currently.

I am not fully sure how to explain this, but after a recent windows update my laptop has gotten more unstable.. Start menu crashes/windows explorer unresponsive, netflix crashes.. So I tried to do a sfc scannow command.. Which found errors but could not fix them.. I tried the SFCfix tool found here, that gave me the following:
SFCFix version 3.0.2.1 by niemiro.
Start time: 2019-07-14 21:03:18.680
Microsoft Windows 10 Build 18362 - amd64
Not using a script file.

SFCFix version 3.0.2.1 by niemiro has encountered an unhandled exception.
Currently storing 0 datablocks.
Finish time: 2019-07-14 21:03:22.172
----------------------EOF-----------------------

Also there are maybe unrelated multiple eventID 8233 warnings in the event log.. I am not sure how to take this, or what to do? I hope I am correct in asking for help here and I hope help is possible. Thanks in advance!

p.s. tge cbslog file is obviously the CBS.log I just thought putting it in .txt might be easier?

Took me awhile to notice I had a response haha.
Well I've currently gotten a repeated case of bsods after gaming on my laptop for a while (it's a very powerful device spec wise so why not).. I'm unsure what's causing it, and it goes combined with some weird instability I can't find the root of, also sfc seems to find errors but not fix them. Not fully sure what I need to provide information wise? It's whea_uncorrectable_error..
Let me know what info is still needed?

Please start with the following:

GSmartControl
Follow the instructions below to check your SMART status with GSmartControl:

  • Download the portable version of GSmartControl and save it on your Desktop;
  • Extract the zip file to your Desktop. Open the folder gsmartcontrol-1.1.3-win64 which should be located on your Desktop and double-click gsmartcontrol.exe to launch the program.
  • Identify your drive in the list (if recognized by the tool), and hover your mouse over it.
  • You should see something called: SMART status. It will either read: Enabled, in which case you should do the following:
  • Double-click on it to bring up its window (usually you'll find your drive by its size or its brand name);
  • Go to the Self-Tests tab, then select Extended Self-test in the Test type drop-down list and click on Execute (this test can take a few hours to complete);
  • Once the test is over, the results will be displayed at the bottom of the window. Please copy and paste these results in your next reply or take a screenshot;
  • Also, go in the Attributes tab and if you have any entries highlighted in red or pink, take a screenshot of the GSmartControl window and attach it in your next reply;
  • Please note: If the SMART Status reads: Unsupported, stop and let me know.

Smart ststus reads unsupported, and the model is unrecognized.. As in.. Unknown model, also I had to google since the direct link was dead (has been moved).

Well this is the msi p65 laptop (the limited edition white one) , I'm not fully sure how to identify the drive for you?

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x00000124 (0x0000000000000000, 0xffff908ceba54028, 0x00000000bf800000, 0x0000000000000114). A dump was saved in: C:\WINDOWS\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: cda7d9aa-1ea0-48b6-8fa8-de0e6e6332bc.

This was the BSOD error I could find, anything else I could maybe supply?

We.. Are back to the bugged kind of things I initially started this thread for.. I've just no clue what caused this at this point quite honestly...

I would, highly prefer not to do so (since I also do my work on this device haha). But is that the only option? cause not being able to use the search.. Is kinda crippling for windows use at this point.

No, that would only confirm my suspicions, but I truly believe that there is a deeper issue here that SFC failing... I see you have started a separate thread.

The bugged start menu is however relevant to this forum it seems, it got fixed (for now) by uninstalling update KB4512941 it seems, however is this.. Safe to do? Is there something I can do to figure out the specific problem?
