Web page loading problem (Newegg)

I am unable to read any Newegg reviews. This started a few weeks ago & initially I thought it was something wrong on their end. But I have no problem when using my Chromebook.

I can click on & read the information under the tabs for Overview, Specifications, Warranty & Returns, and Q&A. But for the Reviews tab I just get the small spinning circle & the word “Loading”, and my modem indicates activity. Yet the Reviews don’t load.

There are also some other areas of their web page that don’t load and & the word “Loading” appears yet nothing appears in those sections.

This happened using Firefox 49.0.2 and IE11. I cleared cookies, cache & temp files. I also tried with the firewall disabled but this made no difference. Also ran Malwarebytes & SuperAntispyware & no malware found.

Eventually I restored Windows back to 2 weeks prior & that fixed the problem - until now.

Today I’m having the same problem yet Newegg was OK a day or two ago. This time I used Firefox 50.0.2 and IE11. Restoring back to 3 days prior did not fix the problem. I could go back further but would like to fix the problem.

Any ideas on what is stopping the loading?
