Hello everyone.

I am trying to update windows 10 but I am having a lot of troubles with it. I try to install the version 2004.

When trying to install through windows update I get this message :
We couldnt install this update, but you can try again (0x80070002)

When looking in the update history I see these errors :
Last failed install attempt on ‎2020-‎08-‎26 - 0x80070002
Failed to install on ‎2020-‎08-‎02 - 0x80070003

I kept having it do I downloaded the Microsoft Windows 10 Update tool and I get this error now :
We can't tell if your PC has enough space to continue installing Windows 10.

At this point I really don't know what to do as these errors are very confusing.

Here is my configuration :

- Windows 10 Pro x64 on SSD
- Asus TUF X570 Gaming

I also have Ubuntu 18.04 for work installed on a second SSD, I installed it after having installed windows 10. I choose which os to boot by pressing f8 at boot and choosing the right device to boot on.

Whgen running sfc /scannow I got this error :
Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files and successfully repaired them.
For online repairs, details are included in the CBS log file located at
windir\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. For example C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. For offline
repairs, details are included in the log file provided by the /OFFLOGFILE flag.

So I ran SFCFix :
SFCFix version 3.0.2.1 by niemiro.
Start time: 2020-08-30 23:59:43.759
Microsoft Windows 10 Build 18363 - amd64
Not using a script file.

SFCFix version 3.0.2.1 by niemiro has completed.

The CBS folder is attached.

Thanks a lot for all the help you can give me, I stand ready to answer any more questions !

How much free space is currently on the drive?
2004 is a feature update so since this is a dual boot drive you probably have grub as the boot loader and Windows won't like that, a feature update is like reinstalling Windows and may be better to do manually by downloading 2004 to a USB drive. > Download Windows 10 Select the second option "Create Windows 10 installation media" follow the instructions on the page.
