I am getting this when updating through settings on windows update I get this error: Feature update to Windows 10, version 1803 - Error 0xc1900130

And the following error when updating with the windows 10 Update Assistant: Something went wrong. Error Code 0x8007001f

I tried to create a recovery media, but I get an error that a media recovery can't be created. I also tried to reset the PC, but also get an error that couldn't find the recovery environment.
