hello I have problems of a high isr of wdf0100.sys and dpc a bit high of dxgkrnl.sys, Wdf01000.sys.ndis.sys, ntoskrnl.exe
The highest are the first 3.
I will leave all the specifics of the post guide they did and what I try to do to solve it.

  • Intel
  • Desktop
  • Intel Bearup Lake DH67BL
  • Windows 10
  • x64 (64bit)
  • none
  • nothing
  • I bought it
  • I do not really know how old he is only to use it during 2018, which was when he acquired it.
  • half a year
  • in the middle of the year 2018 and reinstalled
  • Intel core i5-2300
  • Kingston 99u5403-050.a00lf 4gb
  • AMD XFX Radeon HD 7750 Cape Verde Pro
  • DH67BL
  • Thermaltake 500 watts
  • I read a little but I do not know what this is
  • I am only using the windows firewall I do not have any antivirus enabled since what I download I analyze in a virtual machine in another pc this has no virus but false positives.
  • I only use radmin vpn to play with my cousin who lives far away but nothing more than games, I do not activate it and I deactivate the virtual network from the network section and deactivate the service.
  • I not only use the isos mounting option that has windows 10.
  • I have overclocking softwares but I have never used them much and my processor is not for overclock or at least that I understand and the options of the bios are by default in the part of voltages and others of the processor.

Now what I try ...
-

  1. Reinstall windows
  2. Update all drivers
  3. Update Bios
  4. disable unnecessary services
  5. disable windows functions that I do not need telemetry and bandwidth for updates in the local area and other than in tutorials online
  6. disable HPET and Dinamic Ticks
  7. Use tcp optimizer to optimize the settings of my adapter that I use by cable and change the adapter settings in the device manager section
  8. disabling multiple devices from my device manager this helped me with the usbstor after disabling all 2.0 ports and leaving the 3.0 usbstor no longer gives DPC and ISR Count.
  9. Clean the hardware of the whole pc and placing one by one all the components again .. I speak of disks, motherboard, cpu etc and changing the thermal paste
  10. total and complete configuration of windows 10 at its maximum expression for gaming with all the settings for performance tested 5 times
  11. Change each of the bios options except the vitals mine does not have many options ...
  12. Use programs like process lasso and time resolution that generate a good gain of fps but does not solve the problem
  13. another program to use was msiutil that helped me remove the high isr count from the integrated sound card plus the local cable network

I leave some images of the bios and other data

Fun facts ... when I open the program cpu z the dpc jumps to 4000+ of dpc Latency Checker I have the suspicion that when the program takes information from some sensor this causes the latencies ... and I think that this can give problems when you have a overlay that takes for example the temperature of the processor, the speed, the fps and so on "is it the sensor that proves this or is it the program?" The same goes for the aida 64 extreme

In overwatch I have problems where the game is locked when I change the character in the training room or when the map loads takes a lot And sometimes this does not happen ...
When I change the character quickly it gets a little stuck a few large jumps in the internal analyzer that brings pictures I do not know if it takes a long time to find the necessary files for the character or that "happens in some characters more than others like hammond and zarya"

...
If I remember something else I will add it later ..
Hopefully we could solve this problem
Emanuel Coletti greets them coordially

Well apparently I have found something but it does not solve what I want.
the wdf0100.sys is going to me high I have discovered what happens when moving the mouse and when typing anything what took me to the ports the 2 peripherals are connected to a USB hub with its own power and that hub is connected to a port 3.0, both the hub and the keyboard and the mouse are 2.0, disconnecting them from the hub no longer gives problems but connect the mouse and keyboard to the only 2 ports 3.0 that I have on the pc and give the problem again what I did get to that ports 3.0 are compromised in this problem of the irs of wdf01000.sys and its latency.
my pc is composed of 6 usb 2.0 and 2 3.0 of those ports only leave activated the 3.0 which are the ones that did not give me problems until I saw the latency moon and this marked a high irs in wdf0100.sys
Someone else happens ?
there's a solution ?

Hi supremexdfull,

Looking at the trace from back in January I don't see anything that suggests a ISR/DPC latency problem. If you're basing it on what DPC Latency Checker is showing then you're likely getting bad information. That program hasn't been updated to properly analyze Windows 8.x DPC processing (let alone Windows 10) according to the developer site. Are you experiencing actual symptoms of ISR/DPC latency such as audio/video glitches? I know you mentioned the graphics loading problem. Did you capture that in action during the trace?
