I have ran latencymon several times up to twenty minutes and every time it comes with red warning - excessive latency. At first it detected HdAudiobus.sys, I managed to reduce this a lot by disabling monitor's speakers via output devices - AMD high definitition audio device. At the moment there are two other offenders ntoskrnl.exe and Wdf01000.sys
I could use some help to find out what is causing this
