UPDATE: This update isn't malicious, like many thoughts, a test update was pushed by mistake in production and Microsoft is working on calling it back.
Don't panic: Microsoft mistakenly posted a 'test' Windows update patch | ZDNet
This being said, one person reportedly installed the update and said that it "screwed up" his system, so we still advice you to not install it, nor attempt to install it. I'll leave this thread for another 48 hours before taking it down.
Thank you.
It has come to our attention that a suspicious update is being pushed out via Windows Updates to Windows 7 users. At first, only one thread existed on BleepingComputer reporting the issue, but since then this issue/question has been reported on many websites, including the Microsoft Community/Answers website.
Here's the details surrounding the update.
At this time, we do not know whether or not this update is intentional from Microsoft, an error from their side or if a Windows Update server have been compromised. Therefore, it's suggested for the time being to disable your Automatic Windows Update and to avoid installing this particuliar update until Microsoft comments on the situation.
To disable your Automatic Windows Updates, follow the instructions in the link below.

This issue was also reported on Microsoft Community forums, and this thread will most likely get a reply from a Microsoft Rep. before the others, so it might be a good idea to keep an eye on it.
