What exactly is a Wacom HID Router Driver?
Op says he has a Wacom Mouse?

I can tell you that HID stands for Human Interface Device. Not sure why it would be labeled with the term Router in it, though. Wikipedia (not the most reliable source) says that the term router can refer to computer software, so maybe Wacom is using it in that manner. An HID software driver for the mouse, possibly part of the software utilities that come with the mouse?

The driver installs/ runs when a Wacom Tablet/ ponting device is plugged in via USB.

The drivers are from April and June of this year.
