[W7 x64 - No SP1] SFCFix unable to repair. Need help with custom file. (mscorlib.dll)

I'm repairing a computer for someone & SFC /scannow found corrupt files but was unable to repair. I ran SFCFix & it was unable to repair as well. Wondering if someone could help me with making a customized .zip file. I don't have access to the files to create my own.
