[SOLVED] W7 Keeps trying to install updates

I had a BSOD issue that was resolved on this site. It turned out to be faulty memory but I think it caused some system damage also.

Every time I start the computer I have the same 3 updates waiting to install. When I power down I get the message installing Update 1 of 3, 2 of 3, 3 of 3 an then it closes. But the cycle repeats

The CBS.zip will not upload. Could it be too large, 17.5Mb?
