Hello guys, my sister's PC threw this (or "these"... don't know if it was just one or 2) BSOD:

MEGA

There you have an "automatic memory dump" (Windows 10 saves it at %SYSTEMROOT%/memory.dmp, but don't know if it's a kernel dump or what) and a minidump.

Hope you can shed some light on this!

Thanks in advance,
Pablo

Ok, my apologies for not following the rules...

While I wait to have access to the PC again to run the BSOD collectin app, I'll answer the questions:

· OS - Windows 10, 8.1, 8, 7, Vista ?
Win 10 x64 1703
· x86 (32-bit) or x64 ?
· What was original installed OS on system?
the same one
· Is the OS an OEM version (came pre-installed on system) or full retail version (YOU purchased it from retailer)?
retail
· Age of system (hardware)
about 4 years
· Age of OS installation - have you re-installed the OS?
Reinstalled win when added an SSD about a year ago
· CPU
Intel core i7 3770
· Video Card
Geforce gtx 650
· MotherBoard - (if NOT a laptop)
Asus P8Z77-M
· Power Supply - brand & wattage (if laptop, skip this one)
600W, can't remember the brand and model

· System Manufacturer
Self built
· Exact model number (if laptop, check label on bottom)

· Laptop or Desktop?
desktop

There is a level 2 cache error on the CPU being reported in the crash dumps. This type of hardware error can be a sign the CPU is faulty but I would begin by making sure that the system is not overclocked in any way, is not overheating or does not have any non-standard BIOS settings. You can reset the BIOS settings to optimised defaults and monitor temperatures with a program like Speccy. Further tests of the CPU are possible using Prime95 and the Intel CPU Diagnostic tool.
