[SOLVED] [W10v1703] Error 0x8007007e - Failed to install Windows 10 1709

Hello,

I have a problem on my computer. I cannot migrate/update to Windows 10 1709.
With the online Microsoft tool or with Windows update, I end up with the error 0x8007007e (image).
With a DVD or a USB drive, I end up with a message "failed to install Windows 10" (image).

I also tried to migrate/update, to the actual version of Windows 10 that is installed, 1703, but I also end up with a message "failed to install Windows 10" (image).


I saw the pinned topic and followed to steps, but it didn't solve the problem.
1. The sfc /scannow command gives me an error and doesn't start. It gives an error "couldn't start the repair service" (image).
2. The Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth command looks happy and doesn't seem to get any errors (image).
3. SFCFix.exe seems happy also. See image here and text report here.
4. I saw on an other topic that, for this error, the drivers could cause a problem. So I lauched a Dism /Online /Get-Drivers, but I get an error "126", "failed to open the driver store". See image here.
5. Here is the CBS folder (link).


I hope someone will be able to help me out.
