Ok back with a fresh problem, not sure if this is the correct place to post this as i do not have a BSOD with the crash, just a straight re boot. I read that it is likely to be a psu thing, is there any way to verify this at all, i have also heard it can be a ram thing, and i have just had a ram issue that leads me towards that too. I was having this crash during gaming, it just started a week or 2 ago, after one of the reboots i decided to check cables and connectors just to make a visual check all was ok. Upon restarting the computer it would not re boot at all, had fans and lights but nothing more. I took it to a shop as i could not find anything myself, the guy there when i returned said i had dirty ram connectors he cleaned them and away it went. Whilst there i got him to apply new thermal paste, this lowered my temps about 5 degrees so good job on that. Two days no problem and then just now rebooted again. I have just run a prime and furmark stress test together at the same time and i got a reboot. can anyone tell me what that might mean? Is it a ram or PSU or Motherboard scenario? I have no crash reports it is just a clean reboot. Appreciate some wisdom on this if poss please. The computer is running fine for normal non heavy load use. There is no overclocking on anything at all.
Many thanks Mike.
