[W10ProV1703b15063 x64] Explorer.exe not running on startup

A couple days ago, I removed a virus with Malwarebytes, However, when I restarted my PC to complete the removal, after logging in, I found myself in a black desktop with my cursor and a CMD, so I looked up for a fix and found a solution - to run explorer.exe from task manager, it works, but I have to do it every time I log in, which is a bit inconvenient.
sfc /scannow says everything's ok and my Shell value is explorer.exe, can anyone help me fix the issue? or is clean installing the only way?

You could try Tweaking.com - Windows Repair Free Portable 4.06 (click).

Pre-pre-pre-repair steps are backup of your important files, a system image and a new system restore point.
Pre-pre-repair steps are: power reset, repair/check reparse points and environment variables, chkdsk and sfc.
You could try first pair, given that you already did last pair.
Last pre-repair step is this: the developer advises to use its program in safe mode with networking.
Finally, in the repair section of the program, you can choose "Preset: Malware cleanup repairs" or "Preset: All repairs".
The first one should be faster than the second one, but the second one should be complete: your choice.
If the first one won't work, you should try also the second one.
If you try directly the second one, you'll economize your time skipping the first one.

2. From within the Command Prompt window that opened type below commands one at time and press Enter key for each command you have typed.

4. Restart your computer to see issue has been resolved if not follow the below instructions.

The "Sfc /scannow" command will repair any damaged Windows system files.
