Hello there!

I am having audio stuttering issues due to high DPC latency. It is caused according to LatencyMon by ndis.sys.

    • I think it was FreeDOS
  • Is the OS an OEM version (came pre-installed on system) or full retail version (YOU purchased it from retailer)?
    • Full version by my university in the Microsoft Dreamspark Project
  • Age of system? (hardware)
    • 2-3 year (bought 2 years ago, but it was the last model in the store)
  • Age of OS installation?
    • ~ 1 year
  • Have you re-installed the OS?
    • 2 months ago

    • Intel Core i5 4210H @ 2.90GHz

  • Is driver verifier enabled or disabled?
    • Probably enabled , I didn't turn it off
  • What security software are you using? (Firewall, antivirus, antimalware, antispyware, and so forth)
    • Avast Free Antivirus
  • Are you using proxy, vpn, ipfilters or similar software?
    • Only occasionally I use my university VPN, at the times of the issue I didn't use it anytime
  • Are you using Disk Image tools? (like daemon tools, alcohol 52% or 120%, virtual CloneDrive, roxio software)
    • Daemon Tools , but it was closed at the time of the issue.
  • Are you currently under/overclocking? Are there overclocking software installed on your system?
    • No
