W10 just crapped itself, Explorer fails to load

Was changing the DPI with the W10 DPI fix tool and for some reason now Explorer won't load at all.
Tried a DISM cleanup and SFCFIX but they say they can't find the source files.

Gonna use the media creation tool and give that a shot on it. Probably a pretty handy thing to have at the ready..

Tried

 [B]DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth /source:WIM:D:\Sources\Install.wim:1 /LimitAccess [/B]

but it gave the same error.. Windows really is crap at repairing itself isn't it?

I'm doing an in place upgrade instead.. seems to be the only thing that works..

After the in place upgrade I found it didn't fix anything.. so I played with the DPI again and now explorer loads. Ha.
