W10 Enterprise 10.0.18362 - update fails with 80070005 error code

Hi,
I'm having an issue with W10 failing to install cumulative updates (for windows and .net);
At first it was proxy issue that I've tracked down, but now... I've no idea what could it be. Could have a look at the logs attached?

(SFC scan and dism repairs were executed, no issues found)
