[W10] Dism error 14098

Hello,
On my W10 20H2 i can't install any update since few months, can't install 21H1 and can't reinstall windows without loss all my data

I have try :
- chkdsk : no error on disk
- sfc /scannow : Windows Resource Protection error
- Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth : error 14098
- SFCFix : no repair

SFCFix version 3.0.2.1 by niemiro.

Not using a script file.
