J JMB New member Joined Jun 16, 2022 Posts 4 Jun 16, 2022 #1 Hello, j have a problem on my W10's computer, i have windows 10 21H1 and impossible to to do any updates .. It seems i need to restore source files. Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealt show that it could be repair Dism /Online /Cleanup-image /RestoreHHealth stop towards 68 % and indicate that files sources are not good. Error is 0X800f081f I try to restore them from an ISO or an USB keys with the same version of windows but i always have this problem. Today i do all the operation again and before i clear all my logs, you will find new logs attached. I also try to install again with th ISO or media creation tool but it don't purpose me to keep data and programs ...Reseting windows and losiing all is not possible ! Have you an idea or a solution ? I am a Security Analyst and a Windows Update Trainee, and I will be assisting you regarding your computer's issues. Since I'm still in training, my fixes have to be approved by a qualified Update Expert, so there may be a slight delay in my replies. Look at it as a good thing though, since you will have two people looking at your problem. I'll need some time to review your logs and be back to you.

To be complete i discovered this problem after several windows update failure ... and i discovered just after that a hard drive failure (many bad sectores). I changed this drive by a new (save and restore windows 10 function). Restore has also restore the intial problem. Logs seems better but error is always here, i don't understand . I used windows since version 2 and now this product being very nebulous .... Thanks a lot have a nice day !
