I try to restore them from an ISO or an USB keys with the same version of windows but i always have this problem.

Today i do all the operation again and before i clear all my logs, you will find new logs attached.

I also try to install again with th ISO or media creation tool but it don't purpose me to keep data and programs ...Reseting windows and losiing all is not possible !

Have you an idea or a solution ?

Thanks

Hello

No problems i'm not hurry up computer's running !

To be complete i discovered this problem after several windows update failure ... and i discovered just after that a hard drive failure (many bad sectores). I changed this drive by a new (save and restore windows 10 function). Restore has also restore the intial problem.

Logs seems better but error is always here, i don't understand . I used windows since version 2 and now this product being very nebulous ....

Thanks a lot have a nice day !

Glad to hear that the issue is resolved. As to the error, are you referring to this

Failed to generate a complete zip file. Upload aborted.

If yes, you can ignore it.

Please do the following now, to ensure that everything is fine:

1. Run SFC
  • Click on the Start button and in the search box, type Command Prompt
  • When you see Command Prompt on the list, right-click on it and select Run as administrator
  • Enter the command below and press on Enter
Code:
sfc /scannow
  • Let the scan finish.
  • You will normally get one of the following results:
    Code:
Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations
Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files and successfully repaired them
Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them
Windows Resource Protection could not perform the requested operation
Please post the result you got (a screenshot).

2. Run DISM
  • Click on the Start button and in the search box, type Command Prompt
  • When you see Command Prompt on the list, right-click on it and select Run as administrator
  • Enter the command below and press on Enter;
Code:
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
  • Let the scan run until the end (100%). Depending on your system, it can take some time.
  • Please post here the result you got (a screenshot).

In your next reply please post:
