W10 2004: updates not working, sfc fails with 800f081f, dism fails with

Hello Masters!
I've laptop and now it’s work well, but when I trying to update windows and getting Error 0x800700c1.
Off course, if it’s possible I hope it can be fixed without a clean install, because more SW for reinstall.

The error from windows update is:

Feature update to Windows 10, version 20H2 - Error 0x800700c1

2021-06 Cumulative update .NET Framework 3.5 and 4.8 for Windows 10 Version 2004 for x64 systems (KB5003254) - Error 0x800700c1

Cumulative update for Windows 10 Version 2004 for x64-based systems, 2021 06 (KB5003637) - Error 0x800700c1
Update to remove Adobe Flash Player in Windows 10 Version 2004 for x64-based systems (KB4577586) - Error 0x800700c1
Microsoft Edge Update for Windows 10 Version 2004 for x64-based systems, 2010 (KB4584229) Security - Error 0x800700c1
Update for Adobe Flash Player for Windows 10 Version 2004 for x64 - based Systems (KB4580325), 10.2020 - Error 0x800700c1




Other things that might be useful to know:


Run CMD as Administrator and run next programs

1)
sfc /scannow

Gives the error:

Windows Resource Protection could not start the repair service.

2)
DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth

DISM system

3)

Gives the error:

SFCFix.exe
SFCFix Has Crashed
