Hello,

I am having problems with my laptop (GT70-0ND 444US purchased May 2013) for the past few days. When gaming, after a few moments, it crashes.

I followed the instructions for posting, and here's the output
View attachment 5533

OS: Windows 8 x64 OEM
As an attempt to solve this problem I have reinstalled OS last week via PC settings -> General -> Remove everything and reinstall Windows

CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-3630QM
GPU: nVIDIA GeForce GTX675M
MotherBoard: MS 1762

Thank you in advanced!

Ok

I have installed the latest nVIDIA driver (I chose clean install). I also updated the drivers for the bluetooth and wifi. What should I do next?

Thanks,
D

Hi,

Your next step is use the system as you would regularly and update us with good news or bad!

Hi,

It's still a *116.

Ensure you have the latest video card drivers. If you are already on the latest video card drivers, uninstall and install a version or a few versions behind the latest to ensure it's not a latest driver only issue. If you have already experimented with the latest video card driver and many previous versions, please give the beta driver for your card a try.

Remove and replace Norton with Windows 8's built-in Windows Defender for temporary troubleshooting purposes:

Hi,

Regards,

First of all, sorry for the double post

I have updated to the latest beta version as I have tried many previous versions as you said. Like before, after 10-20 minutes of gaming the laptop crashes into the same BSOD.

Also as said in the last post, I am unable to open Windows Defender. When I tried opening it via Action Center, it just redirects me to system32 folder. But I think I succesfully removed Norton as per your instruction.

Here is the attached output folder. View attachment Windows7_Vista_jcgriff2 (2).zip

Thank you very much,
D
