Very high latency specifying dxgkrnl.sys and nvlddmkm.sys are the culprit

hi team,

can you help me on my problem.

ive already fresh install windows 10 64 bit and wipe clean my GPU using DDU. did all kinds of troubleshooting and various steps ive read over the net but still i keep on getting a very high latency specifying dxgkrnl.sys and nvlddmkm.sys are the culprit.

everytime i access task manager i always get lag spikes and on top of that, 99-100% system interrups.

please help me on my problem.
