Hi master94ga ... and welcome to the forums ...

I'm going to repeat myself (2nd time today for this quick-fix suggestion ... my kids know I repeat myself all the time...) -- Sorry if this advice is rather old and boring, but it's such a tempting fix, and so fast - I like to suggest it for odd system behavior that has very recently popped up. If everything was fine just a few days ago, you can try using System Restore for quick relief. After the restore, set Windows Updates to automatically notify you and download updates, but not install them until you manually install them. Then if all is OK after the restore, you can install updates one at a time, testing for problems after each one. This might let us know if an update has caused the problem ... and lead us to a clue for a remedy. Note that System Restore won't be an option for us if it is already turned off (there won't be a restore point to use).

Thanks, too, for collecting & uploading the files, I'll take a look at them if the System Restore doesn't help - or isn't available. I'm a little busy, but chocolate and coffee are keeping me going.

Sorry for the delay, master94gpa - I've been needing to clone myself the last few weeks.

I just put in a note in our staff area, so that if another tech has more time than I do, you'll have a tech here to help out soon. If no one else drops by, I'll make sure to try to give you at least some starting steps by late Wednesday night... a few threads from just before you posted have ran into roadblocks...

Thanks so much, this problem is so annoying...

Hello,

I`ll try to assist you with this.

Recently I faced the same issue with the same VGA card what we done was removing all of the sound and NVIDIA drivers from control panel.

The audio drivers was installed from Windows 10 updates.

The NVIDIA we installed without few features :

Tell you what, try
1) Download the most recent non-beta nVidia drivers for your card.
2) Completely uninstall the current nVidia drivers (especially the audio drivers!)
3) When installing the newest nVidia drivers from your download, make sure to choose Custom (Advanced) for the type of install (this will force the installer to include only the components that you select). Try using the checkboxes to install only the graphics driver and GeForce Experience, and uncheck the boxes for the 3D Vision Controller, 3D Vision Driver, HD Audio Driver, and the PhsyX System Software.
4) Also make sure to check the box for Perform a clean installation

Hello, I already did this, I will retry Driver Sweeper ;)

I unistalled the driver with Driver Sweeper and now with no driver installed the DPC problem is gone, now I retry to reinstall the nvidia driver!
I reainstalled the driver I have again the problem.

Ok now lets remove :

.NET Frameworks installed
v4.6 Full
v4.6 Client
v3.5 SP1
v3.0 SP2
v2.0 SP2

Windows will update them.

Please remove any AMD drivers you can see in the control panel as well.

Also can you please check the CPU temperature with FanSpeed .

You can post the screenshot here I`ll check the CPU and GPU temp.

You can remove them all.

Go ahead Windows 10 will automatically install them via Updates.

Can you please remove the NVIDIA and Realtek drivers with Revo uninstaller instead Driver Sweeper?

Driver Sweeper will remove the related drivers but will leave the applications installed.

You mention you are using some old NVIDIA driver can you please try with the new drivers.

Just go for custom installation and add this only

nVidia Install Screen.png

I check the Fan speed the computer work perfectly fine there is no sing of overheating or so ever.

Clean boot will be useful as well.

Cheers.

I removed all the Microsoft .NET, the realtek driver with Revo unistaller and installed the new Nvidia Driver but no fix for the problem yet :(
About Nvidia Driver, Revo unistaller doesn't find it:huh:
Clean boot tried too but nothing to do.

Strange

What driver you have removed the NVIDIA ?
Yes, just after I removed the Nvidia driver with Driver Sweeper the problem was gone, but now that I reinstalled it I have again the problem.

Can you try to change the NVIDIA timeout ?

here is the procedure :

To Change the Graphic device timeout, use the following steps.

  1. Exit all Apps and Programs.
  2. Press the WinKey+R keys to display the Run dialog.
  3. Type regedit.exe and click OK to open the registry editor.
  4. Navigate to the following registry key:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\GraphicsDrivers

  1. With the GraphicsDrivers key selected, on the Edit menu, click New, and then select the following registry value from the drop-down menu specific to your version of Windows (32 bit, or 64 bit):
(NOTE: The TdrDelay name is Case Sensitive)
For 32 bit Windows
a. Select DWORD (32-bit) value.
b. Type TdrDelay as the Name and click Enter.
c. Double-click TdrDelay and add 8 for the Value data and click OK.

For 64 bit Windows
a. Select QWORD (64-bit) value.
b. Type TdrDelay as the Name and click Enter.
c. Double-click TdrDelay and add 8 for the Value data and clickOK.

If the Nvidia driver bugging the machine there is some other that driver interfere.

Can you please post the results of this I would like to check the software installed.

Many thanks,
Andy
