Very high DCP Latency

I keep having very high DCP Latency after I boot up resulting in audio tearing and extremely bad framerate in games.

Since it seems that the CPU.etl is important to solving these problems I uploaded the file to dropbox:

Are your audio drivers updated?

BIOS?

If using an Internet Security Suite w/3rd party (non-Windows) firewall, see if removing it helps.

Be sure to use the appropriate removal tool, if applicable - Antivirus Uninstallers - Carrona.org

Sorry, I don't yet know how to read the logs you attached. Hopefully, someone that does will do so & post.
