Various BSODs + BSOD Collection app problem

When running this app, progress is about half way then the command prompt keeps saying "waiting for system info " At this point it kept running for an hour and still not finished and the progress bar hasn't moved past half way. Any help would be appreciated.
 
Right click on the .exe file and select run as administrator usually solves this issue

Also check to see if the app created the file if it did zip it up and post without the system info part.
 
I have been having BSOD's. Ran mem test, reseated my ram, graphics card, and sound card. Changed batteries. to no avail. looking at bluesreen view it may appear to be ntoskrnl.exe. but I do not know. Also my games now will crash to desktop also. . Never had any problems before. I had trouble uninstalling Firefox and that could have done it. All in all system had been running great. Tried repair recovery to no avail, sfc /scannow also. Any help would be very grateful. I hope that there is a solution so I don't have to reinstall windows.
