Upgrading windows 7 pro to windows 10 pro.

My system seems to be licenced properly but when I try to upgrade it to windows 10, the installation says that it failed due to an invalid product key.

Could you please help I need this urgently please.

Hello and welcome!

There's an option during setup to install without the Product key and activate the system once installed. If the system cannot be activated once Win10 in up and running, I'm afraid you're going to have to reach out to MS.

I have a licence for office 365, and it comes with a free windows 10 upgrade, and am running on windows 7 professional, I would like to go to windows 10 professional..will that be possible for me?
Also when I download the file from my account for the upgrade, it downloads properly but doesn't ask for a product key, instead it just says that it failed on the product key..
