Upgrading Win 7 to Win 10 failed in the SAFE_OS phase

Hello

I am having difficulty upgrading from Windows 7 Ultimate SP1 to Windows 10.

The error is: 0xC8007001F - 0x20006 The installation failed in the SAFE_OS phase with an error during REPLICATE_OC operation

I am installing using tool from Download Windows 10. I have tried both direct upgrade / burning onto DVD and running setup.exe from there.

It goes all the way to 100%, then starts "working on updates", gets to 15% and EVERY TIME when it reaches exactly 15% it closes and reverts back to Windows 7.

I have tried:

Installing all windows updates available
Windows Update Troubleshooter
Disabling antivirus and most device drivers
Cleaning softwaredistribution and catroot2 folders
Clean Boot by disabling not Microsoft Services at msconfig
sfc /scannow

Any help you can provide will be highly appreciated

SFCFix Script

Warning: this fix is specific to the user in this thread. No one else should follow these instructions as it may cause more harm than good. If you are after assistance, please start a thread of your own.

1. Download SFCFix.exe (by niemiro) and save this to your Desktop.
2. Download the file below, SFCFix.zip, and save this to your Desktop. Ensure that this file is named SFCFix.zip - do not rename it.
3. Save any open documents and close all open windows.
4. On your Desktop, you should see two files: SFCFix.exe and SFCFix.zip.
5. Drag the file SFCFix.zip onto the file SFCFix.exe and release it.
6. SFCFix will now process the script.
7. Upon completion, a file should be created on your Desktop: SFCFix.txt.
8. Copy (Ctrl+C) and Paste (Ctrl+V) the contents of this file into your next post for me to analyse please - put [CODE][/CODE] tags around the log to break up the text.

Afterwards run System Update Readiness Tool and attach CheckSUR.log.
