Upgrade to Win10 or any update failing. 8007001F-20006

Hi all,

Trying to get a machine to Win10 and getting stuck on my way there. Subject Error in the Windows update, also get 70073712 on the SUR

I have tried many quick fixes from MS, cleaning out the windows update cache, tried the tool I found here, the SUR tool, any pointers are very appreciated!
