hi i'm trying to upgrade my win 7 pc to win 10 but it keeps giving me an error " The installation failed in the SAFE_OS phase with an error during REPLICATE_OC operation ",
can any one help me with this issue.

note : i have 5 other PCs in the office which upgraded successfully, and the one with the is the same model and specs.

thanks for replaying quickly i have attached the componentScanner.txt but i can't attach the cbs.zip it keeps telling me the file is to large ( 35 MB ).

Upload the file via a service such as Gofile or WeTransfer and just provide the download link.
