[SOLVED] Upgrade from Win7 Pro to Win10 fails

Hi,

as the title already says I tried to upgrade my PC from Win7 Pro to Win10 but it fails with SAFE_OS phase error during Replicate_OC operation.

Since my SFC Scan returns some errors I guess this might be the reason and it would be very nice if someone could guide me through this and hopefully fix the problems.

I attached a CBS, CheckSur and SFCFix Log file.

Based on the error codes, I would recommend that you first test your RAM:

Test RAM with PassMark MemTest86

Hi,

that indeed gave a crazy amount of errors and at that point I couldnt even quit memtest anymore.

So I guess thats it then. The PC is old anyway, just thought I might be able to infuse some new life into it with Windows 10.

Thanks for the quick response and help! If I (or someone I know) will run into problems in the future I will surely come to this place again and recommend to them doing the same thing.
