Updating to 20H2 fails

Hello all,
I have 6 computers here with Windows 10 version 1909 installed. All attempts to update to version 20H2 failed.
In the meantime I have done the following things to solve the problem:
- SFC- Scan - ran without error.
- DISM- Scan - also without errors
- uninstalled antivirus software
- updated all drivers and bios
- disabled all non windows services
- deactivated all autostart programs
- chkdsk /f /r
All attempts fail after successful installation when the system reboots. At 75% there is another reboot and then there is a BlueScreen "SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED", unfortunately without any further indication. Afterwards the installation is undone. Under Settings -> Windows Update I get the error 0x80070057. Under the update history it says that the installation was successful.
When I try to update using the Update Wizard, I get the same bluescreen when I restart.
I also tried to perform an in-place upgrade, i.e. via a Windows20H2 iso and the execution of setup.exe. Also here it comes to the Bluescreen. However, I get the error message 0xc19001-0x40017. This obviously indicates a driver error. However, I do not find a driver that is faulty.
The files cbs.zip and sfcfix.txt are attached to the post.
Does anyone here possibly have an idea what the problem could be? Or does this problem belong to another category?

Iobit driver booster free - "Clean unplugged device data" - could help to clean that list a bit...

Do you recognize any drivers of devices you aren't using anymore?
If yes, I'd start to export them with:

md "%userprofile%\desktop\mydrivers"
pnputil /export-driver * "%userprofile%\desktop\mydrivers"

Then, remove them with:

pnputil /delete-driver <oem#.inf> /uninstall

Just remove only the ones you are sure about.

If you have a system image (done with an external tool) BEFORE doing all that, it's obviously better.


If you are not comfortable with these commands or actions, wait a windows update expert.

I tried to clean up a bit and tried again to install the update. Unfortunately with the same result. Trying to uninstall more drivers was apparently not such a good idea. At the moment I am restoring the computer with a backup.
Are there any other possible solutions?
