[SOLVED] updates will not install high cpu usage scvhost.exe wuauserv always 100%

updates will not install and scvhost .exe is at 100% usage continually which slows down the computer. I cleaned the update cache, ran the sfc /scannow and ran the disk check, ran the disk cleaner and many more update fixit tools to no avail i need your professional help. The sfc and disk check founded no errors.

I tried the recommendation to no avail the cpu is still at 100% and updates are still hanging. Brian the update specialist i need your help.

Let's see what we can do. Please do the following.

Step#1 - System Update Readiness Tool (SUR)
1. Download and run the following file.
2. When it asks you if you wish to install, please answer yes. Note: It could take 15 minutes or more to run. Please don't cancel.
3. You will get an Installation Complete screen when it's done running.
4. Please attach the log from the following location. C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CheckSUR.log
Please Note:: if the file is too big to upload to your next post please upload via a service such as Dropbox or One Drive or SendSpace and just provide the link.

Thanks Brian for your response and I apologize for the delayed response by me, family health issues had to be attended too. I ran the system readiness tool and this time it looks like it worked , i had to let it run for over 8 hours too complete but it seem to fix the problem. Here is the log

Glad it worked. I've been dealing with family health issues too. Been at the hospital with my wife since last Thursday. She finally came home yesterday so I know the feeling.
