I'm currently unable to install 100's of updates after update re-build and attempting to "update" the OS.
Some of the updates in question are:
Update for Windows 7 for x64-based Systems (KB3006137); Installation date: 8/23/2018 4:45 PM; Installation status: Failed; Error details: Code 800705B4; Update type: Recommended
Update for Windows 7 for x64-based Systems (KB2891804); Installation date: 8/23/2018 4:39 PM; Installation status: Failed; Error details: Code 800705B4; Update type: Recommended
Update for Windows 7 for x64-based Systems (KB2918077); Installation date: 8/23/2018 4:38 PM; Installation status: Failed; Error details: Code 800705B4; Update type: Recommended
Update for Windows 7 for x64-based Systems (KB2640148); Installation date: 8/23/2018 4:25 PM; Installation status: Failed; Error details: Code 800705B4; Update type: Recommended

All updates fail to install; then I have to wait 10's of minutes while the OS rolls back all the attempted installs.

- Ran sfc /scannow. No corrupted files detected
- Ran SURT, Hotfix for Windows (KB947821) No errors detected
- Ran the SFCFix tool and didn't detect any corruptions.
