update to Win7 SP1 fail

Hi all,
I'm having trouble updating my Win 7 Ultimate X64(6.1.7600) to Win 7 SP1
I downloaded windows6.1-KB976932-X64.exe and tried to update my Win 7 directly, but failed.
Then I tried the System Update Readiness Tool for Windows 7 for x64-based Systems,and I got a huge log file

Hello and welcome to the forum.

I find it hard to believe this many files are missing and you system is still booting.

If this many files are missing, please back up all your important data, this could be a sever case of your HDD crashing. I would recommend that you back everything up, just in case something goes wrong.

SFC /SCANNOW

1. Click on the
   
   button. Inside the search box type in CMD
2. Right click on CMD => Choose Run as Administrator
3. Inside the Command Prompt windows copy and paste the following command SFC /SCANNOW
4. Please wait for this to Finish before continuing with the rest of the steps.

Convert CBS.log to CBS.txt

1. Click on the
   
   button => Inside the search box copy and paste the following command:
   

   cmd /c copy %windir%\logs\cbs\cbs.log "%userprofile%\Desktop\cbs.txt"

2. Press Enter
3. Once this has completed please go to your Desktop and you will find CBS.txt => Please upload CBS.txt to this thread
