Hello and welcome

Due to the precise nature of your corruption, you will receive help from a user named CKing123. He's one of our senior trainees here who's in his final phrase of his studies and needs to gain some real world experience in specific areas of Windows Update. This means that he'll be assisting you, but that I will first need to double check and approve his fixes before he posts them to you. If anything this is a good thing for you because it means that you've got at least two of us watching over your thread, but it will unfortunately add a slight delay between each reply. I hope that you understand and can accept the need for us to train up new members in this way in order to carry on doing what we do here, however, if for any reason you object to this setup, I will happily take on your thread myself.

Thank you very much for your understanding. We'll be with you very shortly.

Hello!

SFC did not find anything, so lets do SURT scan

System Update Readiness Tool (SUR)
1. Download and run the following file.
2. When it asks you if you wish to install, please answer yes. Note: It could take 15 minutes or more to run. Please don't cancel.
3. You will get an Installation Complete screen when it's done running.
4. Please attach the log from the following location. C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CheckSUR.log
Please Note:: if the file is too big to upload to your next post please upload via a service such as Dropbox or One Drive or SendSpace and just provide the link.

Hello atreyoauron!

We will run a fix-it to reset the Windows Update components:

Download Fix-It and run it
When you are asked to run it as default or aggressive, choose Aggressive
Let if finish

After it is finished, try to install the Service Pack 1 from Windows Update (rather than the one we downloaded before), and let us know if it was successfully installed or not.

Hello again.
Well, i did the followed instructions and no results at all.
May i mention that i already did all the steps five times or so. Please if you have any other ideas tell me. Thanks.

Well, I already posted that the problem was plain as day in the CheckSUR log you linked above, but the repair "experts" here didn't want to take my advice to heart, and instead deleted my post, because gawd forbid, someone who isn't in their inner circle suggest where the problem may lie. Maybe CKing will go back and cobble together the fix based on that log, or maybe he'll just keep having you run around in circles. Either way, I know this post will get deleted, just like the last one.

These files need to be replaced from a known good source:

Code:

Surfpunk - I've already explained to you privately my reasoning for not having multiple "helpers" responding to the thread. It can be confusing to the original poster. CKing123 is currently going through our Windows Update program here and as such there is a "back room" where we are discussing the thread(s) and teaching. We've already established that these files are corrupt and missing but we are unable to obtain good copies so are looking at alternatives.

Please be respectful of my wishes and understand that we are simply trying to give the users the best possible experience while still providing a training program to build up the amount of qualified helpers on the forum. Thank you.

Understandable. One suggestion I might make (in good faith, not out of snarkiness) would be to inform the OP in such situations, where you've identified the problem, but are having trouble compiling the solution. In this case, where the KB in question is only available from Windows Update (as opposed to Update Catalog or MS Download Center), and a known good system isn't available to source the files, I would remove the KB in question completely (I often have to resort to a tool like JV16 to do this in a reasonable amount of time).

I can't disagree with this and usually do. Will make an effort to do this. Some things get lost during the training process.
