Update Problem

Hi,

I try to update my Windows 10 from 1903 to the last one (20H2?) but I got an error:
0x80070002 - 0x3000D
Install failed phase FIRST_BOOT erreur during MIGRATE_DATA

I know there is some other problem on my computer, I think something is wrong because I cant do a sfc scannow I got error: windows resource protection could not perform the requested operation

Maybe someone can help me?
